Responsibilities:

• Help with data entry, or entering new inquiries into the ERP system.
• Reading incoming emails, forwarding orders and inquiries to the appropriate internal departments
• Examining each quote before sending it to the client
• Keep clients informed about rates and make sure all emails and paperwork are returned on time.
• Cooperating with all company internal departments to respond to inquiries and requests
• Resolve any issues pertaining to customers, including any after-sales concerns.
