Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support inquiries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries across teams in Singapore.

You will maintain sales materials, schedule appointments, and help drive productivity with strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with offices near Rochor MRT.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales operations or Sales Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and provide leadership within a collaborative environment.
• Proficient computer skills with strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
