Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new customers within bakery, café, restaurant, and food service sectors.
• Conduct cold calls, customer visits, and business development activities to generate new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Present products, conduct food sampling, and provide menu proposals.
• Collaborate with distributor sales representatives on joint visits.
• Support exhibitions, training workshops, and product demos.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular customer visit reports.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform growth initiatives.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive (Junior) to support business growth within the bakery, café, restaurant, catering, and food service sectors.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on business development, customer relationship management, and sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with distributor partners and customers to identify opportunities, promote food products, and develop long-term business relationships.

• Working Location: Kallang, Singapore

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM

• Hybrid working arrangement (1-2 days WFH per week upon confirmation)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within the bakery, café, restaurant, and food service sectors

• Conduct cold calls, customer visits, and business development activities to generate new opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

• Present products, conduct food sampling sessions, and provide menu proposals

• Participate in joint sales visits with distributor sales representatives

• Support exhibitions, training workshops, promotional events, and product demonstrations

• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information

• Maintain sales records and submit regular customer visit reports

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth initiatives
