MP CONSOL (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to identify and convert new opportunities and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients.

The role emphasizes price and contract negotiations, strong client relationship management, and close collaboration across internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with freight forwarding experience will have a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; open to those without experience.
• Proactive, committed and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding is a plus.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• To identify and develop new business opportunities. Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential clients.

Price & Contract Negotiation:

• Offer competitive and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs and strive to provide the best customer service experience.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with clients. Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a professional manner.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with internal departments and coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth operation process.

What we're looking for

• 1 years of sales experience preferred.
