Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive ICT, POS, hardware, software and cloud solutions from Tai Seng (walking distance from MRT).

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of ICT or cloud sales experience, and a relevant IT diploma or certificate. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with attractive welfare, incentives and career progression

Qualifications

• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Possess 1–2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.
