Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional to grow business in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build relationships with customers.

The role requires 1-2 years of ICT sales experience and an ITE/ Diploma in IT or related field. Working location is Tai Seng, with 9am to 6pm hours and Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.
• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.
