Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow ICT, POS, hardware, software and cloud solutions for business customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing, while partnering with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, at Tai Seng, Singapore; basic salary up to $4000 SGD plus incentives, AWS and variable bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.
• ITE/ diploma in IT or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and payment collection.
