Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a junior ICT sales professional to grow ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions for enterprise clients in Singapore.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build relationships with customers, and work with technical teams to ensure successful implementations. Basic up to SGD 4,000 with incentives and AWS; Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, Tai Seng.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Possess 1-2 years of sales experience in ICT, POS systems, hardware, software or cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales for ICT, POS systems, hardware, software and cloud solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up with market trends, competitors and new technologies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, technical issues and payment collection.
