Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive for a leading international freight forwarding and logistics provider based in the West Region of Singapore. You will hunt and acquire new clients, presenting end-to-end logistics solutions across air, ocean, warehousing, and customs services.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will cold call prospects, promote services, plan solutions aligned with client objectives, and aggressively grow the customer base toward hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels or Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Proven hunter sales capability with prospecting skills.

Adecco is partnering with an established international freight forwarding and logistics provider to hire a Sales Executive as part of its business expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales hunter who enjoys acquiring new customers and selling end-to-end logistics solutions across air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added logistics services.

• Employment Type:Permanent, Full-time
• Location:West Region
• Working Hours:Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package:Basic + Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Cold calling to prospective clients who requires freight forwarding services.
• Promote service for ocean, air and total logistics services.
• Plan and propose solution to customers business objective.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Achieve set sales target (Hunter role).

The Talent:

• Minimum O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of business development or sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• Proven experience acquiring new customers in a hunter sales environment
• Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight and logistics solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, resilient and target-oriented
