Job summary

Adecco is partnering with an established international freight forwarding and logistics provider to hire a Sales Manager to drive new business across air, ocean, warehousing and value-added services.

This permanent, full-time role is based in the West Region and offers a basic salary plus transport allowance, uncapped commission and variable bonus, with standard Monday–Friday hours. This is a true hunter role focused on acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels; Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of business development or sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven experience acquiring new customers in a hunter sales environment.
• Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight and logistics solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, resilient and target-oriented.

• Cold calling to prospective clients who requires freight forwarding services.
• Promote service for ocean, air and total logistics services.
• Plan and propose solution to customers business objective.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Variable Bonus
