Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) in Tampines Industrial Crescent. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, build rapport, promote freight forwarding services and help close deals.

Training will be provided, with performance-based bonuses and a permanent, full-time role. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and interest in logistics.

Qualifications

• No prior freight forwarding experience required; training will be provided.
• Candidates with phone-based sales, telemarketing, customer service, appointment setting or client-facing experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, target-driven and able to handle customer objections professionally.

Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent

Working hours : 5.25 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30 ALTERNATE Saturday 8:30-12:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent
