Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd is seeking an Education Sales Consultant in Singapore to engage working professionals, up-skill and tailor learning solutions across social media, virtual sessions, telemarketing and events. You will build a personal sales portfolio and nurture customer relationships to meet targets.

Applicants should have a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

*Please note that while the official working hours are from Monday- Friday , you will be required to attend to calls/emails from customers after office hours/weekends/PH.

Education Sales Consultant plays a fundamental role at NTUC Learninghub with a profound aspiration to transform trainee lifelong employability. Job Description:

• To outreach and engage working people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• To propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events.)
• Actively scout the environment to grow one’s sales portfolio
• To actively participate in assigned corporate events, class visits and seminars
• To build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one’s portfolio
• Responsible for personal sales portfolio
• Follow up on sales leads
• Perform telesales and handling of virtual appointments

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ requests
• A keen learner and have a quest for life-long learning
• Good communication skills
• Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (road-show, branches, corporate events, call-centre and so on)
• Able to engage peers and work as a team
• Embrace challenges with a Never-Say-Die Attitude
• Candidates with experience will be considered for Senior position
• Able to commit weekends if required
• Working location: Jurong East
