Job summary

Jestac Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow existing client accounts within the architectural and interior solutions space. You will support project-based sales activities, strengthen long-term client relationships, and drive repeat business by coordinating with internal teams.

The role involves liaising with Interior Designers, Contractors, and other stakeholders, identifying product solutions, and exploring up-sell/cross-sell opportunities across assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in building, architectural, interior design, construction, window films or related industries preferred.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, architects, designers, developers, or other project stakeholders advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills with customers at different levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with tender submissions and project coordination processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly Interior Designers and Contractors.
• Understand client requirements and propose product solutions and recommendations.
• Introduce new products and customize solutions.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
• Manage tender submissions and projects with support from Quantity Surveyor and Project Team.
• Attend site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project life cycles.
• Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate leads within existing accounts and via client referrals.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking to maintain market presence.

Your Role

This role is responsible in managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting project-based sales activities. This position focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective account management and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the building, architectural, interior design, construction, window flims or related industries will be preferred.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, architects, designers, developers, or other project stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Good communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at different levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tender submissions and project coordination processes will be beneficial.
