Job summary

Jestac Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to oversee Customer Service, Inside Sales and Marketing, shaping strategy and driving growth across channels.

You will coach a diverse team, develop digital marketing, optimize lead generation, manage e-commerce initiatives, and partner with sales to boost revenue while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing role with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Understanding of window films, architectural or interior industries is advantageous.
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies is preferred.
• Strong customer focus with an achievement-driven mindset; able to meet short- and long-term targets.
• Good communication and presentation skills; capable of coaching and developing team members.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive and revitalize lead-generation initiatives to expand customer reach, strengthen lead quality, and improve conversion rates.
• Enhance customer experience across touchpoints (email, WhatsApp, phone) through process optimization to reduce response times and improve satisfaction.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for the Company’s e-shop and other platforms to stay aligned with market trends.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Partner with the General Sales team to create integrated marketing programs that support revenue growth and drive sales performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions.

About The Role

This role is responsible for leading our Customer Service, Inside Sales and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and revitalize lead-generation initiatives to expand customer reach, strengthen lead quality, and improve conversion rates.

• Enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints, including email, WhatsApp, and phone, through continuous process optimization to improve response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across the Company's e-shop and relevant e-commerce platforms to adapt to evolving market trends and business needs.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the team to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and reach.

• Partner closely with the General Sales team to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support revenue growth and drive sales performance.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven business decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing role, with min 2 years of supervisory or team leading experience.

• Preferably with a Degree in Business / Marketing or related discipline is preferred.

• Understanding of the window films, architectural or interior-related industry, or knowledge in home and interior furnishing will be an advantage.

• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies is preferred.
