Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is partnering with a Global MNC to recruit for a permanent Sales role. The office is centrally located and work hours are Monday to Friday.

The candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Automation or a technical discipline with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience across printing, automation, industrial, IoT or technology sectors.

• Develop strong account knowledge to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Plan strategically to identify growth opportunities across accounts.
• Generate opportunities through multi-channel engagement including face-to-face, phone, written and social media.
• Close opportunities and drive cross-selling while engaging with key stakeholders.

$3,800 - $4,000 Basic + $850 Transport + Comm + AWS + VB

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing opportunities, driving cross-selling initiatives, and engaging effectively with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

The Talent:
