Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION in Singapore is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to drive new business in printing, packaging, labels, and manufacturing sectors. You will manage accounts, coordinate with production teams, and push proposals to close deals.

The role offers a base gross monthly salary of SGD 3,500 to 5,000 depending on targets, with an additional 2% commission and transport allowance; strong communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Understanding of printing processes is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, pitching and written/verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Find new B2B clients via cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with procurement teams, brand managers, and corporate buyers.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare cost estimates, explain material selections, and negotiate contract terms.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal production and design teams to ensure print jobs meet client specs and deadlines.
• Collections: Follow up on billing and payment collections from accounts.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in printing, packaging, labels, or manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of printing processes (such as digital, offset, or flexographic printing) is a major plus.
• Communication: Strong negotiation, pitching, and written/verbal English skills.
