Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a Global MNC to fill a permanent Sales role located in Central Singapore. The position requires developing strong account knowledge to tailor solutions and drive growth through multi-channel engagement.

The candidate will manage strategic planning to identify opportunities, build relationships with stakeholders including C-level executives, and meet generous targets in a structured, Monday-to-Friday work environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Business/Automation or technical discipline.
• 1 - 3 years B2B sales experiences in printing/automation/industrial/IOT/technology etc.

• Develop strong account knowledge to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions with compelling value propositions.
• Drive comprehensive account coverage through strategic planning and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate and progress sales opportunities through multi-channel engagement, including face-to-face, telephone, written, and social media interactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing opportunities, driving cross-selling initiatives, and engaging effectively with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
