Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales coordinator to build and maintain a diverse client base in Singapore. You will collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to align promotions with channels and ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and delivering excellent customer service across homeowners, designers, contractors, and distributors. Weekend work is required in a 5-day pattern.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• Independent and proactive individual.
• Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
• Must be willing to work on weekends (5-day week).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a clientele base while maintaining good working relationships with customers (e.g., homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and distributors).
• Work with E-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure marketing strategy and promotions for online and offline platforms are complementary and minimize sales cannibalization.
• Plan & develop sales strategies to achieve monthly projected targets.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
• Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports for management's review.
• Prepare quotations for potential clients.
• Attend to clients in a proactive manner, ensuring that their expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Render simple technical assistance upon request by clients or escalation to the customer support department when required.
• Attend to and follow up on sales enquiry from customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfillment of customers' requirements.
