Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction

2. Market Intelligence and Strategic Insights

• Stay continuously informed about industry trends and market developments
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment

Requirements

• Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, and other relevant fields with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experiences
