Job summary

K.P.P. Packaging Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive new business and manage existing accounts. You will present products, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil orders.

The role requires strong English and Chinese, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in the related field will be an advantage.
• Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Effective negotiation and communications skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and motivated.
• An effective team player and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new prospects and maintained existing business accounts
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company products and services to clients
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients' need
• Preparation of proposal and quotations in a timely manner
• Closes profitable business that supports business objectives
• Record monthly sales and analyse the business trends, planning for new strategies
• Sales coordination with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment from customers
• Respond to customer enquiries
• Develop strategies and execute plans to meet company objectives
• Work with internal teams to prepare marketing materials and collaterals to support the sale of products and services including copywriting, proofreading and liaising with designers and printers
• Set up digital/media platform
• Create content for sales pitch
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Ad hoc jobs assigned by the Manager
