Job summary

TSM FOOD SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Singapore to deliver excellent customer experiences and drive repeat business.

You will identify new leads, upsell opportunities, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate products and services. Strong product knowledge and effective communication will help you address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in food or F&B.
• Familiarity with sales-related software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
