Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by applying professional sales techniques to promote and sell contact lenses and solution products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Establish, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships with eye care professionals, retailers, and distributors
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on local market analysis
• Participate actively in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conventions to enhance brand presence
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of contact lenses, solutions, and general eye health to provide expert advice and training
