Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Singapore seeks a Retail Associate to manage store operations, merchandising, and high-quality customer service. You will open/close, assist customers with sunglasses and frames, and work to achieve personal sales goals while maintaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires a proactive, friendly, and communicative professional who can rotate between locations and work weekends or public holidays, with training and benefits provided.

Your role

The Retail Associate determines the success of our retail store customer experience. You will get to perform almost all store functions, including opening and closing, merchandising, and of course selling. Meeting your individual sales goal and ensuring that customer's needs are met are always our top priority.
