Job summary

VITOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote contact lenses and solutions, build strong relationships with eye care professionals, retailers, and distributors, and implement market-driven sales strategies across Singapore.

You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities, while supporting marketing events and maintaining thorough sales records.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting contact lenses and solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Establish, develop and sustain positive business relationships with eye care professionals, retailers, and distributors
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on local market analysis
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conventions to enhance brand presence
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide expert advice and training
• Provide training and support to customers on proper product usage and benefits
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Manage product inventory and samples to ensure availability and support sales activities
• Utilize MS Office and CRM software proficiently to manage sales data and customer information
