Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking two dynamic Sales Executives to grow our market presence.

You will manage existing client relationships and drive expansion of new business opportunities through fieldwork and strategic engagement. You will present product offerings and promotions, build relationships with buyers, retailers, wholesalers and corporate clients, and collaborate with Marketing for in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications in a relevant field.
• Typically 2-5 years of hands-on sales experience in sectors such as FMCG, wholesale, office supplies, or similar.
• Proven ability to execute commercial strategies and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork and customer interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other digital tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or sales reporting systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of AI applications and sales data analytics is a plus.
