Job summary

Le Fong Building Services Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business in the North region on a 5-day work week. This role focuses on lead generation and tender activities for waterproofing solutions.

You will prospect inquiries via platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals with specs and costs for stakeholders such as developers and architects. The ideal candidate has 2 years in construction, a Diploma or higher, and a Class 3 Driving License

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or higher in any discipline.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License with own transport (company transport option available).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new project leads via inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz.
• Conduct site visits to check project signage and gather information.
• Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
• Meet with stakeholders (architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
• Prepare proposals including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval.
• Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
• Manage and update project leads and client data in the CRM system.
• Analyze market trends and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
• Monitor market share for strategic planning.
• Follow up on projects during pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.
