Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging with seafood, F&B and hospitality clients, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with marketing, production and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Levels or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in seafood, F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and building long-term relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential business accounts (F&B restaurants, caterers, Hotel/Hospitality industry).
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities and opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets assigned.
• Deliver excellent sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
• Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in the seafood, F&B or hotel/hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
