Job summary

Tong Guan Fish Merchant in Singapore is seeking a proactive field sales professional to drive new opportunities and manage daily customer orders. You will coordinate with production and delivery teams to meet customer requirements and support growth in the seafood segment.

The role requires 1-2 years of field sales experience, a Diploma in Hotel/F&B Management or equivalent, and a flexible, outgoing attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establish new sales opportunities using various prospecting channels
• Manage customers' orders daily and coordinate with production and delivery teams
• Monitor customer payments and ensure on-time collection to avoid overdue accounts
• Visit retail outlets and customers regularly to understand requirements and generate new opportunities
• Collaborate with management to develop new product SKUs

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
• Manage customers order daily, work with production and delivery team ensure all orders are meet customer requirement.
• To monitor closely customer payment and collect customer payment on track no overdue meeting sales targets.
• Work closely, regular visit retail outlet and customer to understand dia requirement generate sale requirement and new opportunities.
• Work with management to generate new product SKU.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably with seafood or related industry
• Diploma/Dgree in Hotel/F&B management or Equivalent
• Flexible, creative and strong sense of responsibility. Outgoing personality and highly motivated
