Job summary

ASIATIC ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced sales candidate to join our M&E products team in Singapore. You will understand customer needs, propose solutions, and demonstrate product features to facilitate closing deals.

You will also prepare weekly sales reports and contribute to a future of career growth with a local engineering leader. Training will be provided for suitable applicants, including entry-level candidates with the right aptitude.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in engineering field
• 1–2 years sales experience in M&E preferred; entry level considered
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read catalogs
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work in Tuas and own transport

Job description

A local engineering company selling M& E products is looking for an experienced candidate to join its sales team. The job duties and hiring requirements pertaining to this role are given below.

Job Duties

• Understand and identify customer's needs and propose solutions
• Demonstrate and explain products features
• Submit weekly sales reports

Hiring Requirements

• At least ITE qualification in an engineering field and have some electrical knowledge.
• Preferably have 1 - 2 years of experience selling M & E products. However, deserving and entry level candidates without the relevant experience can also be considered. Training will be provided.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read diverse catalogs
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
• Proficient in IT tools particularly Microsoft office
• Comfortable working in Tuas.
• Have own transport (motorcycle can be accepted)
