Job summary

Eurofins Mechem Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Marketing and Sales professional to drive the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities. You will maintain a computerized customer and prospect database, plan strategies to expand the customer base, identify potential markets, and coordinate with top management on marketing initiatives to achieve measurable sales targets.

Role requires planning and controlling department activities including costing, quotations and tenders,

Qualifications

• Business-level marketing and sales knowledge required.
• Experience with customer databases and CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement market expansion plans.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.
• Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.

• To identify potential customers in the market and to probe for opportunities for market share increment.

Other Assignments:

• Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
• Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilisation to meet the sales target.
• Analyse and review customer’s feedback on project works and laboratory services.
• Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.
• Study and understand the market competitor’s activities and laboratory testing trends.
• Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurabl sales target.
• Perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the top management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Business,marketing,chemistry or equivalent, with Relevant Experience/s
