Qualifications

• Diploma / degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
• Proven sales track record as a Sales Engineer.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Electric Motors / Drives will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with existing customers.
• Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
• Conduct cold calls, networking, and social media outreach.
• Match customer requirements to proposed solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos.
• Contribute to sales growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure prompt delivery.
