Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, with at least 3 years of sales experience and deep knowledge of pneumatic systems, motion control, and fluid control. You will negotiate favorable terms while collaborating with engineering for post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
• Technical understanding of pneumatic systems, motion control, and fluid control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with proactive account targeting.
• Practice effective account planning, preparation and reporting.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding customer needs and priorities.
• Demonstrate products’ technical and commercial benefits to customers to achieve budgets.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to drive improvement.
• Negotiate terms to reduce commercial risk and secure favorable contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering to address post-sales feedback and provide technical support.
