• Manage sales and marketing activities including preparing quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to support business growth.
• Analyze market trends and prepare regular sales and market analysis reports for management decision-making.
• Secure customer orders and coordinate to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
