Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a service/technical coordinator in the semicon industry.

You will liaise with external customers in Singapore or abroad, and manage accounts, responding to sites as needed. The role covers inventory control, issuing service orders and reports, coordinating with vendors and HQ, and delivering demonstrations to customers. Diploma/degree in mechanical/mechatronics is required; no experience needed as training is provided.

• Respond to customer sites when required.
• Inventory control and stock-taking of spare parts.
• Issue Service orders, service reports, and quotations to agents or customers.
• Prepare and update weekly service reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors, customers and Headquarter.
• Impart machine/service knowledge to peers; conduct demos/trainings.
• Provide service support overseas as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service matters:

• Liaising directly or indirectly with external customers in Singapore or other countries for any service/ technical related matters.
• Account Management directly or indirectly be it technical or support related matters.
• Respond to customer sites when require.

Operations matters

• Inventory control such as controlling the movements of the spare parts in the store and monthly stock-taking of part etc.
• Issue Service order / Service report / Quotation to either appointed agent or customers.
• Prepare and update all service reports to be submitted weekly for any service tasks or response carried out.
• Liaising with external vendors, customers and Headquarter on any related issues and enquires.
• Impart machine/ service knowledge to peers so as to build up the service capability.
• Conduct demo/ trainings for customers / peers as and when require.
• Able to provide service support overseas as require.
• All other related work as assigned by superior.
