Duties and Responsibilities

Service matters:

• Liaising directly or indirectly with external customers in Singapore or other countries for any service/technical related matters.
• Account Management directly or indirectly be it technical or support related matters.
• Respond to customer sites when require.

Operations matters

• Inventory control such as controlling the movements of the spare parts in the store and monthly stock-taking of part etc.
• Issue Service order / Service report / Quotation to either appointed agent or customers.
• Prepare and update all service reports to be submitted weekly for any service tasks or response carried out.
• Liaising with external vendors, customers and Headquarter on any related issues and enquires.
• Impart machine/ service knowledge to peers so as to build up the service capability.
• Conduct demo/training for customers / peers as and when require.
• Able to provide service support overseas as require.
• All other related work as assigned by superior.
