Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Singapore to manage customers in the Oil & Gas sectors.

You will build relationships, uncover business opportunities, and propose engineering solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires B2B technical sales experience and the ability to present complex solutions clearly. You will interact with internal teams for tailored solutions, develop quotations, and drive sales closures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Sales experience within any engineering field is required.
• Experience in B2B technical sales or industrial products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.

• Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
• Salary: Basic salary up to $4,500 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 830am-530pm
