Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Industrial Sales professional to grow our electrical solutions business in Singapore.

The role involves engaging with design engineers and customers, presenting technical solutions, and driving opportunities from lead to closure. Based near Ubi MRT with a Monday–Friday 0800 am–1700 pm schedule, you will build strategic plans, manage relationships with stakeholders, and visit client sites using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in industrial customers.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle (for client site visits).

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities in target industries.
• Develop, execute, and review sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Work closely with design engineers and customers during technical clarification and product specification stages.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to capture emerging opportunities.

Salary : Basic Up to $ 4500 + $ 1000 Transport allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
