Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is hiring a Sales Engineer to manage customers in the Oil & Gas or Control & Automation sectors from our Tai Seng, Singapore office. You will develop relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide engineering solutions tailored to customer needs.

You will present products, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotes, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and sales targets. Travel will be required with own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Sales experience within any engineering field is required.
• Experience in B2B technical sales, engineering solutions or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Experience dealing with Oil & Gas, Control & Automation or industrial customers is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.

• Salary: Basic salary up to $4,500 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
