Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a driven Sales Engineer to manage customers within the Oil & Gas or Control & Automation sectors.

You will develop relationships, identify business opportunities and provide suitable engineering solutions to meet customers’ requirements. You will also prepare quotations, deliver product presentations and work with engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met, aiming to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• Sales experience in engineering or industrial products.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities within Oil & Gas or Control & Automation industries.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and projects to drive sales closure.
• Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Salary:Basic salary up to$4,500+$1,000 Transport Allowance+ Quarterly Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas or Control & Automation industries.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and projects to drive sales closure.
• Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Sales experience within any engineering field is required.
• Experience in B2B technical sales, engineering solutions or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Experience dealing withOil & Gas, Control & Automation or industrial customersis preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to customers.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must possess own transportand be willing to travel to meet customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working independently.
