Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in technical sales or IT infrastructure.
• Ability to design networking solutions and prepare detailed proposals.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, workshops, and POC sessions.
• Design and recommend networking solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and responses for RFPs/RFIs/tenders.
• Engage with customers to understand networking, security, and infrastructure challenges and provide technical consultation.
• Address inquiries on product capabilities, deployment, integration, and performance.
• Assist customers with solution planning, deployment recommendations, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to onboard customers and validate solution compatibility.
• Maintain knowledge of networking technologies and industry trends to inform solution design.
• Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence development.
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives through technical expertise.
• Work with sales, product management, professional services, and technical support teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Provide technical training and enablement to sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer records within CRM systems.
