The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded engineer with a diploma in Electronics or Building Automation to drive new business in the West region.

You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, prepare quotes, and support customers from pre- to post-sales. The role includes visiting sites, attending sales meetings, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The position offers 5-day work weeks, 8.30am–5.30pm, and is based at West (Toh Guan).

Formación

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Building Automation or Project Management is advantageous.
• Experience in related field is required for this position.

• Salary Range: $3,200 -$3,500
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West (Toh Guan)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.
• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target
• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.
• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up
• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.
• 2 years' working experience in Building Automation/Project Management will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position..
• Training in Early Detection Solutions will be provided.
