Job summary

OSG Containers and Modular Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to handle incoming enquiries, propose container solutions, and coordinate with design teams. You will also visit sites as required and prepare quotations following approved costing and guidelines.

Additionally, you will work with Commercial and Design/Technical teams on customized solutions, obtain drawings/quotations as needed, follow up on quotes, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming sales enquiries and understand customer requirements
• Recommend suitable containers, modular products, configuration and related services
• Conduct customer discussions and site visits where required
• Prepare quotations based on approved costing, pricing and commercial guidelines
• Work with Commercial and Design/Technical teams for customized or design-and-build requirements
• Obtain drawings, BQ, costing or technical clarification where necessary
• Follow up quotations, negotiate within authorized limits and work towards sales target
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and opportunity records in CRM/ERP
• Upon award, clearly hand over confirmed scope, quotation, drawings and customer requirements to Projects/Operations
• Coordinate customer requirements and changes with the relevant internal teams
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling transportation, lifting, modification, rental and other OSG solutions
• Maintain customer relationships and support repeat business
• Assist with tender submissions and project-based sales where required.
