Job summary

Hikari Automation invites Sales Engineers (Manager / Executive) to join a fast-growing automation team in Singapore. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide post-sales support while building strong relationships with customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome; engineering grads with pneumatics/PLC knowledge have an edge. Strong communication is essential, with incentives and transport allowances as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Engineering discipline required (NITEC / Diploma / Degree).
• Knowledge of pneumatics, control systems, robotics, PLCs or servo drive systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer inquiries promptly, prepare sales quotations, process orders, and provide post-sales support.
• Address customer issues related to technical specifications, product quality, and delivery.
• Support business development through presentations, customer visits, and proactive follow-ups.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Execute all relevant sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets in the Singapore market.
