Job summary

YEW BAN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to grow our client base in road markings and asphalt laying. You will respond to inquiries, understand site needs, and prepare competitive quotes to win contracts.

The role requires effective communication, a valid Class 3 driving license, and a local Diploma. Experience in sales is preferred, and Hokkien language ability is a plus. A company vehicle will be provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (manual)
• Minimum Diploma from a local institution
• Entry level professional with a focus on construction or individuals with past experiences in road construction are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers
• Able to communicate in Hokkien
• Prior sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively source for new business and customers to expand our client base in the road markings and asphalt laying industry
• Handle customer enquiries, thoroughly understand site requirements, prepare accurate and competitive quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Able to Lead and Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Study and understand our products specifications well
• To source new or alternative products so as to recommend to customers
• Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects
• Provide valuable feedback on market needs, customer preferences and competitor strategies to the management team
• A vehicle will be provided. Sales experience in any field will be considered.
