Bansbach easylift Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer for our Singapore office to manage existing clientele, source new customers, and provide technical support. You will train customers, process orders, and maintain strong relationships under the Director of the Singapore office.

Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in English, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the role

Bansbach easylift is looking for a Sales Engineer for our office in Singapore. Reports and works under the supervision of the Director of the Singapore office, this position will play a key role in managing existing clientele, sourcing for new customers, providing technical support, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Managing existing clientele and sourcing for new customer base
• Producing timely and detailed sales report
• Providing technical training, support and solution to customers
• Customer order processing
• Maintaining and building up customer relationships
• Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time at management prerogative

About you

• Proactive and takes initiative
• Attention to details
• Able to work independently or under very low supervision
• Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Well verse in English. Additional languages will be plus point in your application
• Medium to advanced level in Microsoft Words / Excel / Powerpoint is a must
• Team player, flexible and enjoy dealing with customers
• Ideally with experience in the sales of mechanical products
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering with high level of technical understanding
• Knowledge in gas springs / actuators / hydraulics is an advantage
