Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Singapore seeks a high-impact Sales Director of AS/RS & Automation Systems or Senior Manager to lead overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across automation systems, intralogistics, and industrial automation sectors.

You will drive revenue targets, strengthen strategic relationships, and cultivate opportunities with logistics providers, manufacturers, e-commerce operators, distribution centres, and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in B2B solutions sales within AS/RS, warehouse automation, material handling systems, racking/storage systems, intralogistics engineering solutions, or industrial automation industries.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen CRM usage, sales processes, and pipeline governance across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, operations, and product teams.
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and technical feasibility, costing, and delivery timelines.
• Improve efficiency of long and complex sales cycles typical of automation and capital equipment projects.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting practices.
