Job summary

Gain City invites a visionary Director of AS/RS & Automation Systems (or Senior Manager) to lead end-to-end intralogistics delivery in Singapore. You will drive AS/RS, high-density storage, and racking system integration across distribution and manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical, electrical or industrial disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering or automation projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AS/RS and warehouse automation project delivery.
• Oversee racking design and integration with automation systems.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with high-precision tolerances and specifications.
• Conduct reviews of mechanical, electrical, and structural work.
• Enforce safety standards and installation protocols.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and overall P&L.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA/SCDF/SS/EN).
• Oversee BIM coordination and Digital Twin representation.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs, clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in design and execution methods.
