Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Sales Manager/Director to drive direct sales across SEA markets (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and more). You will build strategic relationships with brands and agencies, expand the client portfolio, and lead go-to-market efforts for performance solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, strong English communication, and deep knowledge of online advertising trends. Thai language skills are a plus; this is a dynamic, fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the online advertising industry and trends.
• Existing SEA ecommerce client relationships.
• Knowledge of RTB models is an asset.
• 3+ years in performance marketing sales.
• 5+ years in B2B sales.
• University degree.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Thai language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate direct sales from prospecting to closure.
• Identify new SEA market opportunities in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.
• Build relationships with brand and agency decision-makers.
• Expand RTB House's client portfolio in the SEA market.
• Present products and offers to prospective clients and agencies.
• Analyze sales stats and plan growth strategies.
• Collaborate with technical and account management teams.
• Deliver customer communications by phone or email per standards.
• Create formal offers and present to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CRM updates.
• Report sales progress for existing and potential customers.
• Continue professional development through training sessions.
