Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth and expand the client base across FMCG, consumer, retail, and related sectors. The role focuses on building multi-year account strategies, developing senior-level client relationships, and guiding a sales team to achieve aggressive targets.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in media, data, martech, or audience-driven settings, with a strong network among brands and agencies.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of commercial sales experience, preferably in media, data, martech, or audience-driven environments.
• Strong network of senior marketers across FMCG, consumer brands, and agencies.
• Proven track record leading a sales team with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Ability to build long-term client partnerships and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue delivery across key markets and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of high-value brand and agency clients across FMCG, consumer, retail, finance, healthcare, and lifestyle sectors.
• Develop multi-year account strategies to deepen client penetration, increase share of wallet, and unlock new revenue lines.
• Build trusted, senior-level relationships with CMOs, brand directors, digital leads, media heads, and agency leadership.
• Lead strategic conversations around data, insights, audience intelligence, and full-funnel activation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, fostering accountability and performance.
• Conduct regular deal reviews, performance check-ins, and capability development sessions.
