Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Woodlands, Singapore seeks a Senior Talent Specialist to drive management and development of House Accounts, with a focus on converting them into growth accounts. You will assist field sales with CRM and portal activities and ensure timely communication and alignment on account objectives.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree, possess excellent communication skills, and an engineering background is a plus. Shortlisted applicants will be notified accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for management and development of House Accounts to convert to growth accounts.
• Support field sales with CRM, customer portal activities, timely communication and account objectives.
• Ensure frequent bi-directional engagement with sales partner(s).
• Cultivate trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication.
• Gather voice of the customer and market intel to depict strengths, weaknesses and needs.
